Ares Acquisition Corporation II (AACT) will change its name and trading symbol to Kodiak AI, Inc. (KDK) effective on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AACT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
NOTE: KDK options will trade on Cloud 10 on the MIAX Options Exchange, on Cloud 4 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 3 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
