MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol CMPO Effective Tuesday, September 23, 2025

CompoSecure, Inc. (“CMPO”) transferred primary listing from the Nasdaq Global Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
