MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Global Medical REIT Inc. (GMRE)
Global Medical REIT Inc. (GMRE) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, September 22, 2025. On this date, the current GMRE option class will change to GMRE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list GMRE1 options. Therefore, no options on GMRE will be available for trading on Monday, September 22, 2025.
Global Medical REIT Inc. (GMRE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GMRE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 19, 2025.
