MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: BioSig Technologies, Inc. (BSGM) will change its name and trading symbol to Streamex Corporation (STEX)
BioSig Technologies, Inc. (BSGM) will change its name and trading symbol to Streamex Corporation (STEX) effective on Friday, September 12, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BSGM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
NOTE: STEX options will trade on Cloud 16 on the MIAX Options Exchange, on Cloud 8 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 5 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
