New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (NYMT) will change its name and trading symbol to Adamas Trust, Inc. (ADAM) effective on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NYMT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
NOTE: ADAM options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
