MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: GrafTech International Ltd. (EAF)
GrafTech International Ltd. (EAF) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, August 29, 2025. On this date, the current EAF option class will change to EAF1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list EAF1 options. Therefore, no options on EAF will be available for trading on Friday, August 29, 2025.
GrafTech International Ltd. (EAF) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EAF will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 28, 2025.
