MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Kirklands, Inc. (KIRK) will change its name and trading symbol to The Brand House Collective, Inc. (TBHC)
Kirkland’s, Inc. (KIRK) will change its name and trading symbol to The Brand House Collective, Inc. (TBHC) effective on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KIRK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 28, 2025.
NOTE: TBHC options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 9 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
Kirkland’s, Inc. (KIRK) name and symbol change are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
