MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Liberty Broadband Corporation Series C (LBRDK)
Liberty Broadband Corporation Series C (LBRDK) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, July 15, 2025. On this date, the current LBRDK option class will change to LBRK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list LBRK1 options. Therefore, no options on LBRDK will be available for trading on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
Liberty Broadband Corporation Series C (LBRDK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LBRDK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 14, 2025.
