U.S. Options

As of August 25, 2025, the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will solely provision LC Cross Connects (CC) on its 10G ULL Extranet. Existing SC CCs will continue to be supported.
 
Firms that would like to optionally convert from SC to LC CCs will need to obtain new LOAs and schedule the cutovers with MIAX Trading Operations. All CC conversions must be one for one replacements of existing CCs. For clarity, there will not be any logical changes and switch port allocation level changes for such conversions. New LC CCs will be OTDR tested to existing MIAX Emerald Options Exchange standards.

In addition to the above, the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange is planning to add 10.27 nanosecond (ns) offset to its aggregation (TAPagg) timestamp due to restructuring of TAPagg cabling plant from August 25, 2025. This change will be applied to all TAPagg timestamp devices for all CCs on the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange’s 10G ULL Extranet.
