MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fortive Corporation (FTV)
Fortive Corporation (FTV) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, June 30, 2025. On this date, the current FTV option class will change to FTV1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list FTV1 options. Therefore, no options on FTV will be available for trading on Monday, June 30, 2025.
Fortive Corporation (FTV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FTV will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 27, 2025.
