MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Stem, Inc. (STEM)
Stem, Inc. (STEM) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, June 23, 2025. On this date, the current STEM option class will change to STEM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list STEM1 options. Therefore, no options on STEM will be available for trading on Monday, June 23, 2025.
Stem, Inc. (STEM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in STEM will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 20, 2025.
