MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol VIRT Effective Tuesday, June 17, 2025

Virtu Financial. LLC (“VIRT”) transferred primary listing from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
