MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: QVC Group, Inc. Series A (QVCGA)
QVC Group, Inc. Series A (QVCGA) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, May 23, 2025. On this date, the current QVCGA option class will change to QVCA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list QVCA1 options. Therefore, no options on QVCGA will be available for trading on Friday, May 23, 2025.
QVC Group, Inc. Series A (QVCGA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in QVCGA will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
