MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Fastenal Company (FAST)
Fastenal Company (FAST) has announced a stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, May 22, 2025. FAST options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FAST will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
