MIAX Emerald Options Exchange - Notice of Network Core Switch Upgrade and April 26, 2025 Testing
The MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will replace the Unicast and Multicast Extranet core switches in the NY4 Datacenter on the evening of Friday, April 25, 2025. It is recommended that all firms with Emerald 10G ULL and 1G LL connectivity perform access tests and verify market data receipt through the application layer on Saturday, April 26 2025 between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. ET. Please contact MIAX Trading Operations at TradingOperations@miaxglobal.com to coordinate testing ahead of time.
Please note that the switch replacement will only be performed on MIAX Emerald Options Exchange Extranet Core network hardware and will not impact other MIAX exchanges. Also note that this will not impact the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange Cross Connect edge switch infrastructure.
