Effective May 1, 2025, pending filing with the SEC, MIAX Pearl Equities will end all Port fee waivers. Accordingly, MIAX Pearl Equities Port fees will be as follows:

• FIX Port:
  • Fees for FIX Ports 1-5 were previously waived; all ports will now be charged $450 per port per month
• MEO (Binary) Port:
  • Fees for MEO Ports 1-5 were previously waived; all ports will now be charged $450 per port per month
• FIX Drop (FXD) Port:
  • All fees for FXD Ports were previously waived; all ports will now be charged $450 per port per month
