MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. (WIMI)
WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. (WIMI) has announced a contract adjustment effective for Thursday, April 3, 2025. On this date, the current WIMI option class will change to WIMI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list WIMI1 options. Therefore, no options on WIMI will be available for trading on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. (WIMI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange, and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday April 4, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WIMI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
