MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: IAC Inc. (IAC)
IAC Inc. (IAC) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, April 1, 2025. On this date, the current IAC option class will change to IAC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list IAC1 options. Therefore, no options on IAC will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
IAC Inc. (IAC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IAC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 31, 2025.
