MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol HYLN Effective Monday, November 11, 2024

Hyliion Holdings Corporation (“HYLN”) transferred primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the NYSE-American exchange (“NYSE-American”) as of Monday, November 11, 2024.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NYSE-American as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
