MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX)
Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX) has announced a Extraordinary Cash Dividend effective for Tuesday, April 16, 2024. On that date, the current FMX option class will change to FMX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FMX1 options. Therefore, no options on FMX will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FMX will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 15, 2024.
