MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bear 3X Shares (SOXS)
Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bear 3X Shares (SOXS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, April 15, 2024. On that date, the current SOXS option class will change to SOXS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SOXS1 options. Therefore, no options on SOXS will be available for trading on Monday, April 15, 2024.
Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bear 3X Shares (SOXS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SOXS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 12, 2024.
