MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Select Option Classes
Agenus Inc. (AGEN) and Fluent, Inc. (FLNT) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Friday, April 12, 2024.
On that date, the current AGEN and FLNT option classes will change to AGEN2 and FLNT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AGEN2 and FLNT1 options. Therefore, no options on AGEN or FLNT will be available for trading on Friday, April 12, 2024.
Agenus Inc. (AGEN) and Fluent, Inc. (FLNT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 15, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AGEN and FLNT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 11, 2024.
