MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Select Option Classes
Hello Group Inc. (MOMO) has announced a Special Cash Dividend and Smith Micro Software, Inc. (SMSI) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, April 11, 2024.
On that date, the current MOMO and SMSI option classes will change to MOMO1 and SMSI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MOMO1 and SMSI1 options. Therefore, no options on MOMO or SMSI will be available for trading on Thursday, April 11, 2024.
Hello Group Inc. (MOMO) and Smith Micro Software, Inc. (SMSI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, April 12, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MOMO and SMSI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
