MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: FutureFuel Corporation (FF)

FutureFuel Corporation (FF) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Wednesday, April 10, 2024. On that date, the current FF option class will change to FF1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FF1 options. Therefore, no options on FF will be available for trading on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. 

FutureFuel Corporation (FF) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FF will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
