MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Gladstone Capital Corporation (GLAD)
Gladstone Capital Corporation (GLAD) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, April 5, 2024. On that date, the current GLAD option class will change to GLAD1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GLAD1 options. Therefore, no options on GLAD will be available for trading on Friday, April 5, 2024.
Gladstone Capital Corporation (GLAD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 8, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GLAD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
