MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: 3M Company (MMM)
3M Company (MMM) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, April 1, 2024. On that date, the current MMM option class will change to MMM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MMM1 options. Therefore, no options on MMM will be available for trading on Monday, April 1, 2024.
3M Company (MMM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MMM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
