MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: DouYu International Holdings Limited (DOYU)
DouYu International Holdings Limited (DOYU) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, March 28, 2024. On that date, the current DOYU option class will change to DOYU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DOYU1 options. Therefore, no options on DOYU will be available for trading on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
DouYu International Holdings Limited (DOYU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 1, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DOYU will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
