MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Owlet, Inc. (OWLT)
Owlet, Inc. (OWLT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, July 10, 2023. On that date, the current OWLT option class will change to OWLT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OWLT1 options. Therefore, no options on OWLT will be available for trading on Monday, July10, 2023.
Owlet, Inc. (OWLT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OWLT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 7, 2023.
