MIAX Pearl Equities Exchange Clearly Erroneous Execution Review of trades in TOP.
MIAX Pearl Equities Regulatory Operations Department has reviewed potential Clearly Erroneous transactions in symbol TOP executed between 9:30am and 10:09 ET.
In this regard, in conjunction with other UTP exchanges and FINRA, MIAX Pearl Equities Exchange has determined to cancel all trades in security TOP that were executed between 09:30:00 and 10:09:00 ET. This decision cannot be appealed.
