As previously announced in the December 8, 2022 Alert, UpHealth, Inc. (UPH) announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, December 9, 2022. UPH will not resume trading and will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective for trading Today, December 12, 2022.
