MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: IMV Inc. (IMV)
IMV Inc. (IMV) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, December 13, 2022. On that date, the current IMV option class will change to IMV1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list IMV1 options. Therefore, no options on IMV will be available for trading on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.
IMV Inc. (IMV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IMV will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 12, 2022.
