MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Evofem Biosciences, Inc. (EVFM)
Evofem Biosciences, Inc. (EVFM) has announced a 1-for-15 reverse stock split effective for Friday, May 6, 2022. On that date, the current EVFM option class will change to EVFM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EVFM1 options. Therefore, no options on EVFM will be available for trading on Friday, May 6, 2022.
Evofem Biosciences, Inc. (EVFM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, May 9, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EVFM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 5, 2022.
