MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: MFA Financial, Inc. (MFA)
MFA Financial, Inc. (MFA) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, April 5, 2022. On that date, the current MFA option class will change to MFA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MFA1 options. Therefore, no options on MFA will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
MFA Financial, Inc. (MFA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MFA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 4, 2022.
