MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation (PPC)
Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation (PPC) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, May 6, 2016. PPC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PPC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 5, 2016.
