MIAX Corporate Action Alert: The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (MTW)
The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (MTW) has announced a cash distribution that will become effective on Friday, March 4, 2016. On that date, the current MTW option class will change to MTW1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list MTW1 options. Therefore, no options on MTW will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, March 4, 2016. The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (MTW) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, March 7, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MTW will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 3, 2016.
