MIAX Corporate Action Alert: SEARS HOLDINGS CORPORATION (SHLD)
SEARS HOLDINGS CORPORATION (SHLD) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective prior to the opening of business on Monday, April 7, 2014. On that date, the current SHLD options class will change to SHLD1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SHLD1 options. Therefore, no options on SHLD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, April 7, 2014 The new SHLD options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 8, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SHLD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 4, 2014.
