MIAX Corporate Action Alert: LIBERTY GLOBAL PLC (LBTYA)
LIBERTY GLOBAL PLC (LBTYA) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective prior to the opening of business on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. On that date, the current LBTYA options class will change to LBTY2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list LBTY2 options. Therefore, no options on LBTYA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 The new LBTYA options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in LBTYA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 4, 2014.
