MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Corrections Corporation of America (CXW)
Corrections Corporation of America (CXW) has announced a special dividend of approximately $6.63 per CXW common share. The ex-distribution date for this distribution will be April 17, 2013. On that date, the current CXW options class will change to CXW1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CXW1 options. Therefore, no options on CXW will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. The new CXW options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, April 18, 2013.
