Correction for MIAX Regulatory Circular 2013-13
This Regulatory Circular replaces the previously released Regulatory Circular 2013-13 from March 28, 2013.
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2013-13 identifies the exchanges to be used as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange as per MIAX Rule 503(d) for options classes to start trading on April 1, 2013.
ITUB: Name Correction
ITUB - ISHARES NASDAQ BIOTECHNOLOGY should be Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (see attached).
