SEC Publishes MIAX Form 1 Application on Website
Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC (MIAX) announced today that on August 15, 2012 its Form 1 Application was published on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissions (the SEC) website along with a Notice of Filing of the Application (the Notice). The MIAX Options Exchange, which will be a fully-electronic options exchange, is planning to commence operations in October 2012, subject to SEC approval.
